*****  The best of the best!  Reserved for hot wings that haunt my dreams.
****    Awesome wings!  These are wings I would eat again and again.
***     Solid wings.  Good but not worthy of obsession.
**       Passable.  I wouldn’t order these wings again.
*         Gross.  Avoid at all costs!
